Welcome to the Children's Health Center, LLC. 

We are conveniently located in Middletown and Marlboro, NJ. This practice was established in September 2007 and we are proud to serve Monmouth County. We specialize in pediatric and adolescent medicine, serving ages birth to 21. Dr. Nancy DeNicola has over twenty years of experience. 

We offer you our friendly staff, short wait time, and flexible appointments (including late evening and weekend appointments). We are committed to providing high-quality, personalized care and place tremendous value on the importance of a long-term, trusting relationship between your family and our office.

Personalized care is our primary focus; a priority which is not limited just to your visit to the office. Our goal is to provide multiple avenues for you to easily access your child's medical information, schedule appointments, seek medical advice, and reach your pediatrician. Utilizing the latest in medical electronic technology, we provide a secure web-portal which provides parents convenient access to commonly requested information such as vaccination records, appointment and referral requests prescription refills, and school/camp forms.
