Dr. Nancy DeNicola was born in Pt. Pleasant, NJ and raised in Brick, NJ. She graduated from Rutgers College receiving a BA in Biology. She received her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, NJ, May 1996. She completed her residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ and at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ.

Prior to founding the Children's Health Center in 2007, Dr. DeNicola worked for a private practice in South Orange for four years before returning to the Jersey Shore. Then she worked for two local practices in the area before starting her own practice. Dr. DeNicola is a member and Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Pediatricians, American Academy of Pediatrics and is Clinical Professor of Pediatrics for UMDNJ School of Osteopathic Medicine.  In January 2022, Dr. DeNicola opened an additional location for the Children's Health Center in Marlboro NJ.

Dr. DeNicola is a mom of three and resides in Colts Neck, NJ with husband David.   When not in the office, Dr. DeNicola enjoys cooking, baking, exercising, traveling, and spending time with her family and two Australian Shepards.
